Privacy

Privacy principles for the MVP.

This page is a practical policy placeholder for a lean agency MVP. It should be reviewed before production client use.

Data collected

The audit form collects business contact details, business type, current workflow issues, inquiry channels, and notes you choose to provide.

How it is used

The information is used to manually review workflow opportunities, draft an audit, and respond to the business owner or manager.

What is excluded

Do not submit patient data, medical details, payment information, legal matters, financial account data, passwords, or other sensitive customer data.

Storage

The MVP can store submissions in Supabase if configured. Without Supabase, local development submissions may be saved to a local artifact file and are not durable production storage.

Human approval

TrueGuide does not automatically send outreach, customer messages, proposals, or public claims from submitted information.

Client ownership

Client tools, accounts, and data remain client-owned. Production workflows should use least-privilege access and documented approval.
